Clothing

All attendees of classes should wear loose clothing which allows for ease of movement and comfortable shoes. After the initial free lesson students should purchases shoes and uniforms to aid their training. All equipment can be purchased at classes.

Private Lessons

Private Shaolin Kung Fu and Chen Tai Chi lessons are available with both Shifu Yang and Shifu Heng Yi. Students wishing to undergo private tuition can contact Shifu Yang directly on 07999 11 88 88 or fill in our online contact form

Demonstrations

The Shaolin Culture’s demonstration team demonstrate a variety of skills to suit the clients needs;

• Traditional Shaolin forms
• Traditional Chen Tai Chi forms (both weapons and empty hand for both styles)
• Qi Gong and acrobatics

Shaolin Culture is available to take part in public, private and corporate events.
