Beginning at 9.30am and finishing at 1.30pm on Saturday the 27th of February 2010

Taking place in the large hall at the Bromley, United Reformed Church.

This workshop will be to both teach and consolidate students knowledge of the classic Chen Tai Ji form ‘Lao Jia, Yi Lu’ (Old Frame, Fist Road), Shifu Yang will and Shifu Heng Yi will go through the form in a comprehensive manner therefore it is paramount for students of all levels to attend, as many are aware this form compises of 74 movements thus the form will be broken down into two parts to aid students learning pace. The second section of the form will proceed on the following week.

Students are reminded to bring along snacks and beverages, to keep energies up and also a note pad so that movements, names and sketches can be placed inside to aid memory.
