Beginning at 10.30am and finishing at 3.30pm on Saturday the 6th of March 2010
Taking place in the large hall at the Bromley, United Reformed Church.
This workshop will be to both teach and consolidate students knowledge of the classic Chen Tai Ji form ‘Lao Jia, Yi Lu’ (Old Frame, Fist Road), Shifu Yang will and Shifu Heng Yi will go through the second section of the form in a comprehensive manner therefore it is paramount for students of all levels to attend. The second section contains an array of kick and lower stances and is slighlty more comprehensive than the first part but equally as interesting and challenging.
Students are reminded to bring along snacks and beverages, to keep energies up and also a note pad so that movements, names and sketches can be placed inside to aid memory.
Adults £50
Child £30
Students who have participated in the first workshop and wish to continue in the second the fees are £75, so that’s just an extra £25!!
