This is the second section of the popular, more contemporary form Shaolin Hei Hu Quan (Black Tiger fist). Taking place on Saturday 13th March from 11am till 4pm (No Tai Ji Classes on this day!!) The form comprises of low stances high, explosive stances kicks punches stamps and balance exercises all in order to develop a stronger body and mind! If you did not take part in the previous workshop, fear not, you can still take part in the workshop where you can learn the form from the beginning to a comfortable level. All participants are advised to bring along light snacks, beverages, and a change of clothing or towel. A note pad is also recommended.
