GROUP SESSIONS

KUNG FU AND TAI CHI CLASSES 

Our timetable offers a variety of group classes where you can learn traditional Shaolin kung fu and authentic tai chi chuan as well as a variety of weapons (staff weapon, sanshou/chinese kickboxing, Qi Na/joint lock & self defines and Da Dao/broadsword), qi gong, pushing hands and tai chi sword. The focus of our classes can change from month to month, so check our schedule regularly to find out what Shifu Yang and Shifu Sandra will be concentrating on in the class you plan to attend.

Small classes and our teachers personal approach mean that you will learn the correct postures and movements of your chosen martial art with precision and great skill and will progress in your training with confidence. Training alongside fellow martial arts students in our friendly classes is also very motivating and great fun too!

Our classes are suitable for men and women of all ages and skill levels as well as children from the age of 5. All classes are suitable for beginners unless stated as Advanced Classes.
