Shifu Yang
34th Generation Shaolin Master

Shifu Yang started training Kung Fu from the age of 9 at the Shaolin Temple (Shao Lin Si) in the Henan Province of China. He excelled both in free sparring and traditional Shaolin forms.

Shifu Yang is an expert in Shaolin forms and uses of numerous weapons, Hard Chi Gong, Sanshou (Shaolin boxing fighting techniques) and other self defence skills. He has been teaching in England for several years and has built himself a considerable reputation.

When he was older, Shifu Yang studied Chen style Tai Chi under grandmaster Chen Zheng Lei, the foremost Chen style Tai Chi master in the world.

Chen Style Tai Chi is from the Chen Village (Chen Jia Gou) and has been passed down through generations from father to son for nearly 500 years.
