Shifu Yang and Shifu Heng Wei had the pleasure to teach some of the top Arsenal players to get them fighting fit for their up and coming China Tour in Beijing and Shanghai this summer 2017!

Our Kung fu and Tai Chi Classes in Islington will be CLOSED today due to the countries General Elections and our centre will be used as a polling station..

Our Thursday class this week will be closed but will resume as normal thereafter. We will also be closed over the Easter Weekend so please put these dates in your diary!

Every 12 Years there is a Rooster year, beginning at Chinese New Year. As we have 12 animals to represent the zodiac years we also have 5 elements: Gold (Metal), Wood, Water, Earth and Fire.
As this year 2017 is Fire and the Zodiac Animal is Rooster anyone born on this year will be a Fire Rooster and this Element/Sign combinations recur every 60 years! So a special Happy New Year to you all born on 1957 and 2017!

First Islington Classes will open this week on Thursday 12th January 2017!
Shifu Yang and Shifu Sandra will be taking the Shaolin Kung fu Classes and also the Tai Chi Classes.
If you are in the area and would like to start the New Year on the right track, then why not come along and try our classes! Our Shaolin Kung Fu classes and Tai Chi Classes are open for all beginners and advanced students. Our classes are mix in ages and abilities - All are welcome to join us! First Class is just £10.
If you have any questions regarding our classes either Shaolin Kung Fu or Tai Chi, then give us a call or turn up for classes and speak to our Shifu's who are always happy to help!
