Self Defence Course

Dear All,

Qi Xing Quan Seven Stars Fist 0736Shaolin Culture will be hosting 5 week self defence course teaching, Qin Na joint locking, Shuai Jiao, San Shou and many other aspects helping you to attaina fuller understanding of Tai Ji and Gong Fu.

This course will run from Wednesday the 8th of September until Wednesday 6th of October 2010 the course will be for 2 hours every Wednesday. If you are interested please speak with Shi Fu Yang, Shi Fu Heng Yi, Koh or contact us via email info@shaolinculture.co.uk or use our online contact form.
