Shaolin Kung Fu Broadsword Workshop 2012
Dear All,

Shaolin Kung Fu’s Wo Long Dao (卧龙刀) is one of the lesser known Traditional broadsword forms of Shaolin Temple Kung Fu.
The sword mainly carried by infantrymen during war time, is a single edged weapon known for its’ more brutal hacking motions unlike it’s brethren counterpart the straight sword, postures throughout the form rise and fall and teach co-ordination making the sword flow and follow the body becoming one and becoming a natural extension of the arm.
Through this workshop students will understand a deeper meaning of Shaolin Kung Fu and the dedication which follows. Students should also look to attain an understanding in the forms meaning which through practice and understanding will become apparent.
Students are advised to bring a notepad, light snacks and refreshments, a change of clothing may also be necessary.
