Shaolin Culture

Shaolin Culture had gradings on Saturday 5th December. The students have worked really hard in both Tai Chi and Kung fu and they all did very well. They will find out if they have passed in the New Year.

Also, we had our Christmas party the same evening. There was a good turn out, I think about 65. The food was fantastic, Shifu Heng Yi, Koh and Ono did the cooking, while some of the other students, including Sandra, Richie, Richard, Alex, Bosco and Gio helped get the tables ready, serve the food and decorate the rooms.

As I said, the food was great and there was loads of it. We played lots of games, including a quiz, of course there is always one table head and shoulders above the rest and of course it was Sandra and Richies table, well done to them. At the end Gio dressed up as Father Christmas and handed out presents to everyone. That only left the balloon popping ceremony, lucky we had lots because everyone wanted to get involved. Great fun!

I would like to say thank you to everyone, those who did the organising and preparations, the people who helped set up, everyone who came along and made the evening such fun and of course to Shifu Yang, Shifu Heng Yi and Koh who do such a wonderful job all year.
