Shaolin Temple, Henan Province, China wins UNESCO bid

Dear All,

Venerable Abbott of Shaolin Si, Shi Yong Xin

As of August 1st 2010, Shaolin Temple, Henan, China has been listed as a UNESCO world heritage site, meaning that it will be protected and preserved in history. Shaolin Temple joins a long list of other protected sites throughout the world. Congratulation to Venerable Abbott of Shaolin Si, Shi Yong Xin, for his tireless efforts to spread the Shaolin Culture to the world.
