A Change of Life
With the pressures of A levels and the other problems of being a full time student, the idea of exercise and stress relief was an alien concept one year ago. I had always been interested in martial arts, but because of the busy nature of my life, I had never taken part in anything. However, when I found out about Shifu Yang’s Shaolin Kung Fu classes, I felt making time would be beneficial.
I have been studying for a year now and although I can’t go as often as I would like, I have felt significant improvements, both physically and mentally. My physical strength, flexibility and stamina have all increased dramatically making me able to do things I never would have ever considered doing a year before.
Although it is impossible not to be stressed by the hectic schedule of life, I have found myself a lot calmer and able to deal with the problems I face with a much better attitude.
Shifu Yang’s teaching is superb and because of him and other gifted students, I have been able to make these physical and mental changes.
Studying Shaolin Kung Fu has been one of the most enjoyable and beneficial decisions I have ever made. It is no exaggeration to say that these lessons have changed my life for the better. For anyone with the will to improve their life, I recommend these lessons.
