My Long Journey Ahead
I had been looking to train in Traditional Martial Arts for a long time before I found Shifu Yang’s classes. I started training in Shaolin Kung Fu at first as this seemed more dynamic and active to me. However after about half a year I tried Tai Chi and found it helped my Kung Fu training significantly. I have now been training with Shifu for about two years and I have found that I feel full of energy; my stamina, flexibility and strength have all improved dramatically.
From my training I feel more confident and co-ordinated, my mind is more focused and I am able to achieve much more with my time.
I feel there is a long journey ahead of me within the world of martial arts and I am glad that it has started here at Shaolin Culture with Shifu Yang.
