Workshop: Hei Hu Quan (Black Tiger Fist) Part 1
We had a Tiger form workshop last Saturday – 5 hours of hard work and they’ve only learnt half of it. There will be another workshop in the New Year to complete the form.
To all the dedicated students who worked so hard and did so well – don’t forget to practice! In next Monday’s and Saturday’s classes Shifu will be going over the form, so try to get to them.
