Weekly Online Classes start this week!

Hello everyone,

We have now set up the weekly group classes timetable via Zoom.
Thursday 4:45pm for Kung Fu 5:50pm for Tai chi Saturday 10:30am for Tai chi 11:35am for Kung Fu

Classes Start from this Thursday 23 April. For more details please contact us.

• £10 Adults • £8 Children

all payments must be made before the classes via bank transfer (please request for details) All block bookings and subscriptions already taken can be used for all online classes. A link will be sent to you before classes. Please download the Zoom app before classes start to avoid delay. Contract us if you need any support.

Online classes begin this week!

Dear Students,

Hope you are all well and ready to start our online group classes on this coming Tuesday 14th April at:

2:30-3:30pm Tai chi

3:45-4:45pm Kung Fu

We will use the Zoom app and Shifu will post the link and password 15 minutes before the class starts. If you are doing both our tai chi and kung fu classes, you can keep keep logged on after Tai chi,

The cost: £10 for Adults £8 for children

You can still use your block booking card if you still have any hours left from before. Otherwise you will need to make an online Payment before classes are scheduled.
Payment details are on request.

Shifu will run a test on zoom tomorrow at 5pm if you are new to zoom, otherwise see you on Tuesday!

Classes are suspended

Dear students,

We are informing you that as the number of Coronavirus cases across UK is increasing, the school has decided to suspend all lessons from today Saturday 7th March until further notice. It is likely that the suspension will continue until after the Easter break.

I will keep you updated if the situation changes.

Happy Lunar New Year 2020

It is officially the New Lunar Year of the Rat in Asia now and we would like to wish our students, friends and family a very happy, healthy and wealthy new year to come..

This new lunar cycle has began from the beginning. The Rat is the first of all the zodiac animals and represents the beginning of a new day. In Chinese culture the rats were seen as wealth and surplus. Because their reproduction rate is fast, married couples also pray to them for children.

Wishing you all a very prosperous time ahead..

Christmas Message from Shifu Yang

Dear Students and friends,

Thank you for all your support and dedication to your training over the past year. I wish you a good break over Christmas and looking forward to the New Year 2020! Let’s make it meaningful and keep training to work on our healthy body and mind.

Thank you for Shifu Sandra and Shifu Heng Ren also for another year together. Including my Shaolin brothers at Tang Long, Shifu Heng Wei and others.

Last Classes this week! Reopen in 2020!

Dear Students,

It will be our last group classes tgis week and will finish up 2019 this coming Thursday 28th November in Islington London.

Last Tai Chi classes in Bromley will be on 14th December, Kung Fu Classes are now closed.

We shall reopen in the New Year 2020

Thursday 9th January in Islington London and Bromley classes will start from Saturday 13th January 2020.

We would like to thank you all for your support, time and commitment in your training this year and wish you all a very peaceful new year to come..

Get Ready For Training Camp 2020!

Dear Students,

We are having another Training Camp in China on 25th July to 8th August 2020 and will be sightseeing as well as training in Shaolin Temple, Wu Dang and Chen Village.

The cost for the trip will be £2300 and includes all accommodation, meals, training and transfers within China. All flights, visas and insurance will be arranged by the students and not included.

Summer Class Timetable Dates 2019!

Hello All,

Summer is upon us and we will have our last classes this week in Islington and Bromley. Our Bromley Tai Chi classes run by Shifu Sandra will still be running as usual on Monday’s with the exception of Monday 29th July as we will be closed.

Please make a note of the dates and we hope to see you all on our return.

Competition Time this coming Saturday 8th June 2019!

Shifu Yang will be attending the British Shaolin Open Championships this coming Saturday at Tang Long Cultural Centre in London UK. All students are welcome to attend and all students that are participating will appreciate your encouragement and support. 

Tai chi classes will still be running as usual at Shaolin Culture with Shifu Sandra on Saturday from 12pm if you are interested in attending!

Thursday Closure for European Elections 2019

Please not that our centre will be closed for the use of the European Voting Elections tomorrow (Thursday) and we will reopen the following week.

Class closure over Easter holidays!

Hello All, 

Today will be the last classes for the next two weeks as we are closed over Easter for our Thursday, Islington classes and our Saturday, Bromley classes. 

Thursday classes will resume 25th April Saturday classes will resume 27th April  

Fortunately our Bromley Tai chi classes will still be running on Mondays and Saturdays with the exception of 20th April. 

We hope to see you all in classes shortly.

Shifu Yang is now back in the UK and will resume classes from Thursday 31st January.  

 Saturday Kung fu classes will be running from this week! Come along and start a fresh with us..

Shifu Yang is still currently in China and has been delayed on his return to the UK therefore our Thursday classes and Saturday Kung fu classes will be closed until his return.

Opening Next Week for 2019!

Hello All,

please note that we will be reopening our classes from NEXT WEEK Thursday instead of this coming Thursday and Saturday. 

Shifu Sandra will be OPENING our first tai chi classes this Saturday 12th January from 12 - 1pm but NO Kung fu class will be on until Shifu Yang returns the following week from China. 

Please do make a note of this in your diary and see you next week as normal.
